HOW CAN FULL FORCE CONSULTACY BE OF SERVICE TO YOU ON YOUR ISO 9001 AND 14000 REQUIREMENTS?
• Full Force shall conduct the ISO 9001 and 14000 Familiarization Seminar, to be personally handled by Full Force Auditors.
• We shall spearhead the review of existing work practices being adhere to in the company and identify gaps
aligned with the ISO requirements and standards.
• Full Force shall prepare the action plan illustrating action to be done in fulfillment of the requirements of ISO principles.
• Conduct other appropriate trainings to all employees as required
• Facilitates completion of necessary documentation like the Quality Manual & Procedures.
• Follow defined ISO system in routine and overcome difficulties in following the same.
• Assist in the conduct of Internal Audit.
• Contacts the preferred ISO Certifying Body by the Client and finalize a 3-year contract with them.
• Subsequent assurance of adequate preparations for audit, schedule a Stage 1 External Audit from chosen Certifying Body.
• Close non-conformities issued by the Certifying Agency in the course of Stage 1 Audit. Communicate with the Certifying Body for Stage 2 (Final) Audit.
• Provides further Consultancies and other Services in relation to maintenance of ISO Certification and Standards for yearly Surveillance Audit, should the Company/Organization requires for such services
